We understand that publishing a book is a significant investment of time, money, and emotional energy. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting a refund.

We believe in transparency and fairness. Our goal is to provide clear guidelines so that you understand your rights and obligations regarding payments and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

• NO HIDDEN FEES
  • We provide transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
  • You know exactly what you are paying for before you commit.
  • All fees are clearly outlined in your proposal or Statement of Work.
• SERVICES RENDERED
  • Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed in good faith.
  • Services delivered and approved by you are considered final.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables.
• FAIR TREATMENT
  • We treat all refund requests fairly and in good faith.
  • We consider each request on its individual merits.
  • We communicate our decision promptly and clearly.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• FULL REFUNDS MAY BE AVAILABLE WHEN
  • We fail to provide services that we have agreed to deliver.
  • We fail to start your project within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We breach the terms of our agreement in a material way.
  • We cancel your project without valid reason.
  • You cancel your project before any work has commenced.
• PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE AVAILABLE WHEN
  • We partially complete services and you cancel the project.
  • We deliver services that do not meet the agreed specifications.
  • You cancel due to circumstances beyond your control.
  • We agree to a partial refund in settlement of a dispute.
• REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHEN
  • Services have been completed and approved by you.
  • You change your mind after work has commenced.
  • You are dissatisfied with the quality of work after approval.
  • You fail to provide necessary materials or approvals.
  • You breach the terms of your agreement with us.

3. REFUND PROCESS

• STEP 1 – SUBMIT A REQUEST
  • Submit your refund request in writing to info@gulfbookspublishers.com.
  • Include your full name, project details, and reason for the request.
  • Provide any supporting documentation that may be relevant.
  • Clearly state whether you are requesting a full or partial refund.
• STEP 2 – REVIEW PROCESS
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.
  • We will review your request and any supporting information.
  • We may request additional information if needed.
  • We will communicate our decision within 14 business days.
• STEP 3 – RESOLUTION
  • If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • If declined, we will explain the reasons for our decision.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

• Request a review of the decision by a senior manager.
• Use our formal complaint procedure.
• Seek mediation or arbitration as specified in our Terms.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
